How do SLX Clear Aligners work?
SLX ® Clear Aligners are a series of clear plastic trays that have been manufactured specifically for you based on the scan of your teeth and your doctors’ treatment goals for your case. Each set of trays gently guide your teeth to their ideal position using continuous light forces.

How often should I wear my aligners?

What is the expected length of treatment?

Treatment time varies from patient to patient. Treatment can take anywhere from a few months to a few years, depending on the complexity of your case. Your doctor can provide an estimated time.
如何清潔隱形牙箍？
How should I clean my aligners?
使用軟毛牙刷加上小量牙膏於凍水或室溫水清潔。請勿使用熱水清洗，以免牙箍變形。請勿把牙箍浸泡在假牙清潔劑或漱口水中，以免牙箍表面受到損害，導致牙箍染色或者透明度下降。
Use a soft bristle toothbrush using cold or warm water with a small amount of toothpaste. DO NOT use hot water. Hot water could cause deformation. DO NOT use denture CLEANERS to clean aligners or soak them in mouthwash. These products can damage the surface of the aligner, causing it to become dull and more visible.

Your orthodontic treatment is directed by and the responsibility of your doctor. HSO cannot guarantee the outcome of orthodontic treatment as results may vary.
完成牙齒矯正治療後，我需要戴固定器嗎？
Will I need to wear a retainer after treatment?
爲了維持療程效果，病人需要佩戴固定器。牙科醫生 / 牙齒矯正專科醫生通常會在療程後為病人訂製一套固定器。SLX Clear Aligners 的費用包括一套固定器。
To prevent relapse, doctors typically prescribe a retainer after any orthodontic treatment.

如果遺失了隱形牙箍怎麽辦？
What happens if I lose an aligner?
謹記把最近期使用的隱形牙箍(連同前一副)分開存放在盒子裏，放置於安全的地方。如果你現在使用的牙箍有遺失或者受損的情況出現，請馬上通知你的牙科醫生 / 牙齒矯正專科醫生。你可以暫時佩戴上一副牙箍以確保牙齒不會移位。如果要重新配造牙箍需時大約兩至四個星期。
Always keep the most recently used aligners (and even the previous set) in a separate case / pouch in a secure place. If your current aligner is lost or broken, please call your treating doctor immediately. You may temporarily go back one stage and use the previous set of aligners to ensure that your teeth do not move back while the replacements are being made. Replacement aligners will generally ship around 2 to 4 weeks of placing the order.
